RLRVAMC Fire Alarm System Inspection, Testing, and Monitoring

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veteran Health Indiana, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC) in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1)(i), Urgency intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with AADCO, Inc., for RLRVAMC Fire Alarm System Inspection, Testing, and Monitoring. NAICS 561621 applies, the small business size standard is $25.0 million.

Contractor will provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, parts, and supplies to perform inspections and testing on the Siemens XLSV Fire Alarm System at the V.A. Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202, and the Honeywell Silent Knight Fire Alarm System at the Veterans House, 2669 Cold Springs Road, Indianapolis, IN 46202. October 16, 2024, through October 15, 2025, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 pm EDT on September 25, 2024. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
