SPECIAL NOTICE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), LTC Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Rd., Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Checkpoint Sensor Support and Maintenance Services. NAICS Code 811210, size standard $34 Million.

The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to negotiate on a sole source basis with EOI, Inc. dba Medical Resources (8377C Green Meadows Drive North, Lewis Center, OH 43035)), for this procurement due to the specialized nature of this procurement.

The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, necessary to service the requirement located at the LTC Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center, Detroit, Michigan, for the period of September 12, 2025 September 11, 2026, in strict accordance with the statement of work, all schedules, and terms and conditions of the resultant contract. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
