Philips TEE Probe Services Contract John D. Dingell VA Medical Center

SPECIAL NOTICE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R. St., Detroit, MI 48206 , is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for TEE Probes Maintenance and Services. NAICS Code 811210, size standard $34 Million. The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to negotiate on a sole source basis with Philips North America LLC, DBA Philips Healthcare.

(22100 Bothell Everett Hwy MS 665, Bothell, WA 98041) for this procurement due to the proprietary nature of the hardware, software, and firmware of this system.

The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, necessary to service the TEE Probes Maintenance Services located at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R. St., Detroit, MI 48206, for the period of December 22, 2024 December 21, 2026, in strict accordance with the statement of work, all schedules, and terms and conditions of the resultant contract. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
