The Chalmers P. Wylie (Columbus, OH) VA Ambulatory Care Center requires a Comprehensive Service and preventative maintenance agreement for the Robotic Prescription Dispensing System with 6 slot Collating Control Center, Compact Robotic Systems, SP Central Platforms and SP Central Expanded Platforms, Pharmacy Data Terminals, Pharmacy Printers, Electronic Signature Devices, Eyecon Model 9420 devices, Smart Card Scanners, Robotic Cell Multiplexors for SPx00 Robots, Standard Interfaces, Eyecon Interface Controllers, Virus Protection Platform Systems, Notice Board 65, Full Disk Encryption per server computer/HCI VM, and Endpoint Security Management per pharmacy/server computer/HCI VM/client computer.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any responsible firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification and capability statements prior to the response due date and time. Vendors shall indicate if they are the direct supplier of the items.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements and must include relevant corporate experience along with the applicable contract number, total contract dollar amount, contract period of performance, details of the relevant services and customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and email address.
