Emergency Chiller Repair RLRVAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veteran Health Indiana, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC) in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1)(i), Urgency intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Johnson Controls, Inc., for Emergency Chiller Repair RLRVAMC. NAICS 238220 applies, the small business size standard is $19.0 million.

Contractor shall immediately mobilize and provide a rental and replacement of the power module, reconditioning of the failed module, and final reinstatement of the reconditioned module. August 12, 2024, through September 11, 2024, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available.

A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 pm EDT on August 12, 2024.
