INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, 260 E University Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45219, intends to award a follow-on software maintenance support, training, servicing equipment sole source purchase order contract to SDVOSB Choisys Technology Inc., 20098 ASHBROOK PL STE 160, Ashburn, VA 20147 to provide VISN10 location Indianapolis VA Medical Center, 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202-2803 patient digital program service agreement for their proprietary equipment.

Only one awardee can provide the supplies or services at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique to NAICS Code 334310. Audio and Visual Equipment Manufacturing applies to this procurement and the size standard is 750 employees. Choisys Technology Inc. is classified as a service-disabled veteran owned small business concern (SDVOSB).

This acquisition consists of procuring, delivery, and continuing the service agreement of patient digital screens that they installed and maintain that meet and compliment the software integrating with the existing equipment already in use at the Indianapolis VA Medical Center. The patient digital screens include the following:

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes.

No solicitation documents are available; however, any firm that believes it that they can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by June 26, 2024, 5PM from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in enough detail to demonstrate compliance. Information must be sent electronically to dwight.petsche@va.gov.

Any responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government as to whether to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received June 26, 2024, 5PM or whatever is sooner to be considered.
