Statement Of Material LED Lighting General: Provide LED light fixtures to replace the existing non-compliant light fixtures at 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Delivery Requirements: Deliver to the main warehouse dock located at 1481 W 10th Street Indianapolis IN 46202. Conformance Standard: All fixtures must be manufactured by Cree unless Cree does not offer the style of fixture requested. If a substitution needs to be made, it shall be approved by Stephen Poynts or Tim Harvey before the substitution can be made.

Information will be included with the contracted award. Each invoice must include VA purchase order number, and invoice number a detailed list of material purchased. A copy of the invoice shall also be sent to timothy.harvey@va.gov or Stephen.poynts@va.gov.
