Description of Equipment or Supplies: The estimated cost is $31,209.00. CT0196 Hardware Tangent KW 22 Workstation VHA OIT Approved Quantity of 4 CT0128 Hardware FIPS Compliant Wireless Scanner Censis Branded Quantity of 5 CT0167 Hardware Mounting Bracket 2 Sit-Stand Combo Quantity of 5 CT0104 Hardware Waterproof Keyboard with Integrated Touchpad Mouse Quantity of 5 The CVAMC Sterile Processing Department (SPD) is seeking additional brand name workstations for their preparation and decontamination processes.

The requested workstations must be compatible and integrated with the existing instrument tracking software. The VA-OIT approved (See ARM # 176302) system is consistent with VA policies and standards, including but not limited to; VA Handbook 6500, and VA Directives 6550. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement.

It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
