Battle Creek Fire Alarm Maintenance

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Exclusive Licensing Agreements.) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Vanguard Fire & Supply Co, for Battle Creek Fire Alarm Maintenance. NAICS code 561621applies, the small business size standard is $25 Million.

The contractor shall provide all inspection, testing, maintenance and repair service for the fire detection and fire suppression systems located at Battle Creek VA Medical Center, (BCVAMC) 5500 Armstrong Rd., Battle Creek, MI 49037-7314. Period of Performance is from May 20, 2024, through May 19, 2025, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions, and provisions of this contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 pm EDT on May 13, 2024.
