The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Sun Nuclear of Melbourne, FL for a premier support contract for the Hardware components of Sun Nuclear Quality Assurance and Dose Calibration System for Radiation Oncology for Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center located at 1481 W. 10th St. Indianapolis, IN 46202 for the period of March 15, 2024 through March 14, 2025 with two (2) one (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract..

NAICS 811210 applies and the small business size standard is $34 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 10:00 am on March 13, 2024.
