Intent to Sole Source FY 24 Neuwave Certus Indianapolis, IN

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Johnson & Johnson for Indianapolis Neuwave Certus Maintenance. NAICS code 811210 applies, the small business size standard is $34 Million.

The contractor shall provide all necessary preventive maintenance service for the Neuwave Certus located at Veteran Health Indiana, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 for the period of June 7, 2024, through June 6, 2025, with One (1) one (1) year option, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions, and provisions of this contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
