The Cincinnati VAMC 3200 Vine Street Cincinnati, OH 45220, is conducting market research to locate contractors who provide Preventative Maintenance (PM) program for Zimmer Biomet Waste Evacuator Service is required for the preventative and corrective maintenance of Zimmer-Biomet waste evacuation systems at the Cincinnati VAMC. We are looking for a vendor capable of providing PM s and service capability of the following equipment. Zimmer-Biomet waste evacuation systems at the Cincinnati VAMC.

This will cover Zimmer-Biomet equipment with the following SNs:1180288, 1180289, 1180287, 1565531508001, 138100, 15200050,1580008,11210969,11210972, 11210971, 11210970,11210985, 11210987, 11210986, 1321303. 2x of the devices are IntelliCart Duo Evac Stations (model 00514010900) and the other 13x devices are IntelliCart Duo Fluid Carts (model 00514010100). The NAICS Code is 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business size standard of $34 million.
