Contracting Activity: Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Dayton VA Medical Center Brief Description of Supplies/ Services required and the intended use/Estimated Amount: A new ENT Doctor is starting, and the additional scopes are needed to expand veteran care. The proposed action is for the items listed below:

Pentax (OEM, LB) advised they have 1 distributor (Thundercat Technology LLC, SDVOB). Neither the VA Rule of Two, nor the SBA Rule of Two can be met. This action will be posted to Contract Opportunities as an Brand Name, unrestricted solicitation.
