Special Notice Special Notice Page 3 of 3 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302-5, (Authorized or required by statue); VAAR 819.7008 Sole source awards to a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SDV Medical, for PAR Excellence Support Service. NAICS code 811210 applies, the small business size standard is $34 Million.

The contractor shall provide all necessary preventive maintenance service plan for the PAR Excellence Equipment. Located at Veteran Health Indiana, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Period of Performance is from July 31, 2024, through July 30, 2025, with four (4) one (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions, and provisions of this contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 1:00 pm on July 12, 2024.
