NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs, Network/Program Contracting Office 10, located at 3140 Governor s Place Blvd., Suite 210, Kettering, Ohio 45409, in support of VISN 10, Dayton VA Medical Center at 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428-9000, intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B) with Wolters Kluwer/Pharmacy OneSource, Inc., 525 Junction Rd., Suite 5000, Madison, WI 53717. Dayton VA Medical Center intends to use this software to gain a new level of visibility into emergency medication stock, which has traditionally been a blind spot, with aggregated metrics, charts and inventory data tables.

In addition, it will also help standardize restocking and approval processes throughout the pharmacy and reduce paper recordkeeping. This software is only available through Wolters Kluwer / Pharmacy OneSource, Inc as verified with market research and the vendor proprietary letter.

The period of performance will commence on 6/1/2024, through 5/31/25, with 4 one-year options. Â Â THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any responsible firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification and capability statements prior to the response due date and time. Vendors shall indicate if they are the direct supplier of the items.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements and must include relevant corporate experience along with the applicable contract number, total contract dollar amount, contract period of performance, details of the relevant services and customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and email address.  Responses must include following information:  Company Name SAM UEI number  Company s address Point of Contact information (title, phone number and email address) Business size.  Response received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information provided will not be returned.  Responses are due by Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 8:00 a.m.(ET).
