Intent to Sole Source – Notice of Succeeding Lease Action; Globe, AZ

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a succeeding lease for continued occupancy of office and healthcare space at 5860 S. Hospital Dr., Suite 111, Globe AZ. currently leased from COBRE VALLEY REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER. Pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements,” VA has determined that the incumbent lessor is the only responsible source able to meet VA’s needs for continuity of operations in the building at this time.
