VA Medical Space Lease Safford AZ

Description VA seeks to lease between approximately 2,000 – 2,300 NUSF/ABOA of medical space with a minimum of 11 parking spaces within the delineated area explained below for use as a Community Based Out- Patient Clinic (CBOC). VA will first consider leased space located in an existing building then build to suits and then new builds. Lease Term Lease term will be 5 years firm, and 5 years soft, lease extensions will be negotiated separately and are not guaranteed.
