VA is seeking to lease a maximum of 6,102 rentable square feet (RSF) / 4,520 ABOA of clinical space in Bakersfield, California. The space needs to be contiguous. Operations will be for outpatient readjustment counseling needs for Veterans. The property shall include a minimum of 24 on-site surface parking spaces.

Lease Term: 20 years, 5 Years Firm.
