This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC under Authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program, Title III of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (41 USC 251, et seq.); Title 40 USC 501, Services for Executive Agencies; and Section 803 of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2002 (PL 107-107) and implemented by FAR 8.405-6, the Government anticipates entering into a sole source procurement negotiation with Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC. that seeks a solution to provide maintenance and support for the installation of the Endoscopy products within the VA Pacific Island Health Care System (VAPIHCS) Guam Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Annex.
The total estimated value of this contract is not to exceed $42,700.00. The above authority is cited, and justification is made based on the determination that the Government's minimum needs can best be satisfied by services available from one source. This announcement is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B).
Other persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement by August 22, 2025, 9:00 AM Central Standard Time. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interest received on or before August 22, 2025, 9:00 AM Central Standard Time will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Information received as a result of this Notice of Intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Vendors must show they are an authorized representative for and can provide Pick Point supplies and services in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer’s specification. Failure to provide this information will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered a viable source.
