IAW FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.

The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) Veterans Affairs requires a contractor to supply Brand Name or Equal, Tables, Carts, and Stepstools to assist in ancillary support for patient care. The contractor will be required to provide and deliver multiple pieces of equipment as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW). Please see the SOW for the breakdown of the equipment requested.
