Page 2 of 2 SYOPSIS OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office West, Activations Branch III intends to award a Sole Source contract to Armstrong Medical Industries, Inc. to provide Aluminum Red Premier Carts, part number PAR 30 with Red Shell/Red Drawer Fronts, Standard Drawer Setup: 3-3 , 2-6 , 1-9 with 30 breakaway locking panel (8 EA).

The award will also include the following accessories: Premier Sharps Bracket, p/n PSB 1 (8 EA) Outlet Strip with 15 FT Cord, p/n AOS 15 (8 EA) Premier IV Pole and Bracket, p/n PIV 1 (8 EA) Premier Cardiac BD & Bracket, p/n PCB 1 (8 EA) Oxygen Tank Bracket, p/n AOB1 (8 EA) Premier Corner Defib Shelf, p/n PCD 1 (8 EA) Premier Fluid Trays, 3/set, p/n AFT 1P (6 EA) Duet Suction Unit, p/n AE 6975 (8 EA) This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, and the due date for delivery of these items is 30 days after receipt of the order (ARO). Based on the results of market research, a sole source award will be awarded to Armstrong Medical Industries, on or about 01/10/2025. Point of contact information: Erica D.
