VA is seeking to lease approximately 16,399 net usable square feet (NUSF) NUSF of existing clinical space in Amarillo, Texas. The space needs to be contiguous. The procurement will be for Ambulatory surgery center for cardiac catheterization lab. Specialty clinics for ancillary diagnostic, endocrinology, rheumatology, infectious diseases, neurology, and radiological imaging. The property shall include 80 on-site parking spaces.
