Project background/trigger event: El Paso VA Health Care System (EPVAHCS) seeks to procure a New Replacing Lease for the El Paso Northeast VA As-Built Clinic. The As-Built lease is set to expire May 5, 2025. The New Replacing Lease requires 20,250 RSF for a lease term of 20 years (10 Firm, 10 Soft) with 90 termination rights with written notice.
