RLP Procurement Summary U.S. GOVERNMENT The Veteran’s Administration (VA) seeks to lease the following space:

Moab and Spanish Valley Delineated Area: A 2-mile-wide corridor centered on State Highway 191, being bounded at: 1) the North by the intersection of Highway 191 and State Highway 279 (the northern portion of Moab), and 2) in the South by the intersection of State Highway 191 and State Highway 175 (in the southern portion of Spanish Valley). 10 Additional Requirements: VA signage appropriately posted as detailed in the Agency Specific Requirements for Moab (Exhibit B2 to the RLP) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
