Intent to Sole Source Notice for Data analysis services with AB Evergreen Analytics, LLC

This is a reissuance of Intent to Sole Source Notice to award a contract. This is not a solicitation. The San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center (SFVAMC), Office of Research and Development, intends to issue for a one (1) year base period to include one option year with AB Evergreen Analytics, LLC., located in Seattle, Washington to provide continuation for data analysis services in support of an existing VA studies.

To maintain continuity and compatibility with existing data and studies, AB Evergreen Analytics, LLC is the only vendor capable of continuing the study with the SFVAMC. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted. The updated applicable NAICS code is 518210 with a $40MIL size standard. The PSC is R702. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1: Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
