Intent to sole source: Thundercat Technology, LLC JIRA Software service contract

Pre-Solicitation Notice for the notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Boston intends to negotiate a sole source contract for a one (1) year with Thundercat Technology, Inc for service on existing JIRA software. The JIRA software is a critical tool for the MVP program being used for tracking functional group requests and requirements.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Tuesday, December 10, 2024, 4:00pm EST. However, those statements shall describe in detail how the vendor can meet or exceed the Veterans Affairs requirements. Interested/capability statements shall be sent to Rachael.Talbott@va.gov with the subject titled: 3C24E25Q0020.

No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
