Tecniplast Platinum Service preventative maintenance and repair services for the Tecniplast Atlantis Rack Washer at the San Francisco VA Health Care System

Notice of Intent to Sole Source In accordance with FAR 5.101, this notice is to advise the public that the US Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Procurement Office East intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract for one year to Contractor Tecniplast USA, Inc., for Tecniplast Platinum Service preventative maintenance and repair services.

The NAICS and PSC code for the proposed contract are 811210; Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair, and J065; Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies, respectively. Please see attached Statement of Work. Per FAR 5.201, this notice is provided. This Notice of Intent is not a solicitation nor Request for Competitive Proposals or Quotations.

Any responsible source who believes it can provide Tecniplast Platinum Service preventative maintenance and repair services may submit a capability statement that demonstrates the capability to perform the work required in the Statement of Work, to the contracting office no later than 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time on November 11th, 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
