Intent to Sole Source: Water Technologies for Warranty Service Plan on centrifuge

This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salt Lake City VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract for a one (1) year warranty service on an existing equipment with Water Technologies, Corp. This service plan involves flexible support, maintenance, and service options to meet the unique requirements for the equipment and performance maintenance.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Tuesday, August 13, 2024, 4:00PM, EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent to rachael.talbott@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
