Intent to Sole Source: Georgia State University Research Foundation for research support services on VA research project.

This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Boston Healthcare System, Jamaica Plains VA Medical Center intends to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, with Georgia State University Research Foundation for a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) service contract.

The purpose of this service contract is for research by Dr. K. Hsieh to support Dr. Sparrow s VA Rehab R&D research project entitled Telemedicine intervention in patients with chronic pain. The support service includes combination of skills and expertise in the areas of kinesiology, movement disorders, and multivariable statistics, and develop a tailored algorithm which will be conducted by Dr. Hsieh. .

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Tuesday, January 30, 2024, 12:00PM, EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent Rachael.talbott@va.gov. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is an intent to sole source notice.
