Intent to Sole Source LOU Whole Health Music Therapy

The requirement will be sole sourced to Just In Time Staffing, LLC, 1609 Wildwood Drive, Round Rock, TX 78681. The Lexington VA Health Care System Whole Health Program has a requirement to provide Integrative Health Services including Music Therapy to veterans.

Just In Time Staffing, LLC shall provide a Music Therapy instructor who will deliver the following clinical services: guitar, drumming, song writing or similar expressive therapy two hours per week to the beneficiaries for the VA Medical Center, Lexington, TN. Just In Time Staffing, LLC is being chosen to fulfill this requirement because the contractor has been found to be a responsible SDVOSB via VetCert and Fed Data Check.

Contractor has quoted the VA with a reasonable price, found acceptable to the requesting service. The overall contract value does not exceed the SAT. This procurement is being conducted under the authority cited at FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute) FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (Soliciting from a single source under SAT) and VAAR 806.302-570 (Noncompetitive procedures for verified Veteran-owned small businesses). The NAICS code is 611699 with a size standard of $16.5 Million Dollars for this procurement.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit capabilities statement with quotations no later than 4:00PM CST, July 20, 2024, to:

Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
