The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Miami VA Medical Center, 1201 NW 16th St, Miami, FL 33125 intends to award a firm fixed price sole source Contract to Sirtex Medical, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for SIR-Spheres Y-90 resin microspheres, a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved treatment for liver cancer therapy.
