2 RFP 36C24825R0096 AMENDMENT 0001 05/28/2025 PURPOSE: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to make the following changes to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

36C24825R0096: Changes and Replace the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Change the RFP, SF1449. Provide RFP questions and answers. Provide the Site Visit Attendance Sheet.

PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS): Make the below PWS changes replace the original SECT D, ATTACHMENT 1, PERFOMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS), dated 05/09/25 with AMEND 0001 ATTACH 1, SECT D, PWS, dated 05/28/25. Below is an overall summary of the PWS changes:

PARA 1.9.1, A.3, PROJECT MANAGER (PM):

CHANGE FROM: "The PM shall be present and on-site, and available during normal duty hours.

CHANGE TO READ: "The PM shall be available during normal duty hours.

PARA 3.1, OVERVIEW:

CHANGE FROM: "The solid waste shall be disposed of in accordance with the Hillsborough County Solid Waste Ordinances by Contractors with an authorized Hillsborough County Franchise Agreement.

CHANGE TO READ: The solid waste shall be disposed of in accordance with the Hillsborough County Solid Waste Ordinances by Contractors or Subcontractors with an authorized Hillsborough County Franchise Agreement.

PARA 3.2.2, HILSBOROUGH COUNTY SOLID WASTE ORDINANCE:

CHANGE FROM: "The Contractor must be authorized (franchised) to perform these services by the Hillsborough County Solid Waste Management Department by time of award and throughout the effective period of performance of this contract.

CHANGE TO READ: "The Contractor or Subcontractor must be authorized (franchised) to perform these services by the Hillsborough County Solid Waste Management Department by time of award and throughout the effective period of performance of this contract.

RFP - STANDARD FORM 1449: SF1449, Page 1, Block 10, change UNRESTRICTED to SET ASIDE, 100% FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS .

RFP - RESPONSE DUE DATE: The RFP Response Due Date remains the same for 06/02/2025 , 3:00 PM EST. RFP - TERMS and CONDITIONS: All other Terms and Condition remain the same.
