Notice of contract action: West Palm Beach VA Contracting will issue a sole source firm fixed price contract using other-than competitive procedures to Abbot Labs, Inc. for the Emergency Procurement of a Six Month Cost Per Reportable Results (CPRR) Chemistry/Immunochemistry Instruments With Automation and Middleware on 10/17/2025. This is for archival purposes only. A Competitive RFQ for a Base + 4 OY contract will be posted at a later date to be determined in FY26.
