The associated NAICS code for this service is 339112 with a size standard of 1,000 Employees and PSC Code 6515. The current Federal Acquisition Circular is 2025-05, dated 08/07/2025.

The identified vendor is LIVANOVA, USA, Inc. The equipment to be procured for Heart-Lung Perfusion equipment is part of the Open Heart Surgeries procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available.

If vendors believe they have the technical capability to meet this specific need, submit a complete technical package that provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government's requirement.
