The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date. The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd. Bay Pines, FL 33744, has a requirement for Brand Name or Equal Ultrasound Machine and Accessories. This requirement is Full and Open Competition. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM), SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) if applicable, and SBA Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) if applicable.

This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer BRAND NAME OR EQUAL products. All items shall be new and not refurbished or recycled. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS AND FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES ARE REVIEWED IN ITS ENTIRETY.
