The Department of Veterans Affairs, James A. Haley VA Medical Center, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida, is planning to solicit sole source to Siemens Medical Solutions USA Inc, for repair of the Siemens Aera MRI system for replacement of the compressor.

This contract includes all labor, materials, and parts for the Siemens Aera MRI system on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Siemens Medical Solutions USA Inc. must perform maintenance and repairs to system and ensure system operates according to manufacturer s specifications. This requirement will be classified under NAICS code 811210 with a size standard of $34,000,000.00. No solicitation document is available. This Special Notice will close on 6/20/2025 at 12:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time.
