Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (3624825Q0589) for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective 01/17/2025. 1. Scope of Work This requirement needs to provide VA Approved Holsters and Optics.

2. Background The C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center s Police Service requires specialized holsters for their weapons. The stock holsters that come with the weapon itself do not allow for added accessories such as a light source or laser pointer that would be attached to the weapon, to also be properly secured on the officer s person. The Blackhawk holsters allow not only for the weapon, but any added accessories that the office may need, while maintaining it securely at the officer s waist, without fear of tapering or compromise the officer s security doing their duty.

3. Place of Performance The product is requested to be delivered to Police Services. 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, Florida 33744 4. Period of Performance The product is requested to be delivered 60 Days ARO 5. Type of Contract Supply: Firm, Fixed Price. 6. Must include Manufacturer Part Number Volume Two Administrative documents shall contain the following:

Standard Form (SF) 1449 should be submitted fully completed. The SF 1449 should contain an original signature in Block 30(a) of the form. The contractor shall acknowledge all amendments to the solicitation that may be issued. Authorized Distributor letter from the manufacturer within the past year must be submitted.
