FY25 Conmed Airseal Insufflators Preventative Maintenance

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation will be made available. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulations 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, Florida, 32827, intends to award a firm-fixed-price base plus options sole source contract for Conmed Airseal Insufflators Preventative and Corrective Maintenance service to Lovell Government Services Inc, 223 W Gregory St. Pensacola, FL 32502, United States.

This procurement is for a Sole Source Justification in accordance with FAR 13.501(a), where acquisitions conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures are exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6 but still require a justification using the format of FAR 6.303-2. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811210, and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $ 34 Million. The current FAC is 2025-05, dated 01/17/2025.

This procurement is also being conducted in accordance with procedures in FAR 13.106-1(b) soliciting from a single source.
