FY25: Unique Device Identification Tracker License Base year

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8 intends to negotiate a sole source contract under the authority of FAR part 13.106-1(b).

The associated NAICS code for this service is 513210 with a size standard of $47.M and PSC Code 7H20.The identified vendor is Champion Medical Technologies, INC as is the exclusive provider of our proprietary software solutions including UDITracker, WarrantyTracker, and Implant360 as well as providing maintenance and support services.

The service is to provide Unique Device Identification (UDI) Tracker license for the web-based software utilized to track and monitor all Biological and Non-biological implants before, during and after these are implanted into the patient. This software is used to comply with major agencies such as Joint Commission (JC) regulations and Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requirements. A service contract for a base year and four (4) one-year options is anticipated and shall be awarded.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
