This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 8.405-6(a)(1(i)(B) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. The Miami Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, 1201 NW 16th St., Miami, FL 33125, has a lease requirement for Endoscopic equipment to support Gastrointestinal (GI), Pulmonary, and Ears, Nose, and Throat (ENT) procedures.
