Design Build (DB), Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the following work: This project will replace all sprinkler heads that are not quick response-type in building 100 with quick response type of head that meets all current requirements per NFPA codes and VA Directives. This project will also provide updated hydraulic calculations, fire sprinkler drawings with riser/valve/zone locations that accurately depict sprinkler head locations throughout Building 100. Project is located at the Bay Pines VAHCS, 10000 Bay Pines Boulevard, Bay Pines, FL 33744. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION:
