FY24: Radiation Oncology, Medicine and Surgical Scopes Lease

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO Olympus American, Inc, 3500 Corporate Parkway, Center Valley, PA 18034, for a Radiation Oncology, Medicine Service and Surgical Service Scope Lease with Maintenance for the Orlando Healthcare System, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with 41 USC 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.

The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 339113 and the small business administrative size standard is 800 employees. The current Federal Acquisition Circular is 2024-05 dated 05/22/2024.

If vendors believe they have the technical capability to meet this specific need, submit a response stating your ability to lease scopes that are used in Radiation Oncology, Medicine Service, Surgical Service and the types of scopes your are able to Lease to the Orlando VA Healthcare System which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government s requirement.

The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government s intent to solicit, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
