This project is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) This solicitation is tied to presolicitation 36C24823R0230 posted on 9/11/2023. The number changed due to fiscal year change.

PROJECT SUMMARY: Contractor will renovate two designated portions on the third floor of Building 1, Main Hospital, in order to relocate the Sleep Lab and the Prosthetics Administrative Offices. The Sleep Study Rooms within the Sleep Lab will be designed with higher Sound Transmission Class (STC) ratings for the walls and doors to create a quiet room environment and will be organized to resemble a typical bedroom layout for the patient.

Both the Sleep Lab and the Prosthetic Administrative Offices will be designed to comply with requirements of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 101 Life Safety Code along with the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) Standards including the VA supplement Barrier Free Design Standard.
