DESCRIPTION: The Surgical Services Department is requesting to have (5) sizes of the Malleable Penile Prosthesis, the Rigi10 is designed to offer the patient a durable treatment option that can provide the required rigidity, comfort, and discretion. The Urology Service is located at James A Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612 INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK: Rigicon, Inc. is required to provide the Rigi 10 Semi Rigid Penile Prosthesis - (5) sizes of the Malleable Penile Prosthesis. Supplies must have the physical characteristics to enable the government to perform the capabilities.

The proposed NAICS 339113 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of 800 employees.
