FY25: Pyxis Medication & Supply Dispenser Maintenance Base Year

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8), Tampa, FL, issued an Award No. 36C24825P0019, CareFusion Solutions, LLC., for in support of James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) at 13,000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa Bay, Florida 33612. This procurement is a sole source.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, tools, and parts necessary to provide a full-service maintenance contract including preventive maintenance, certification, and repair of the Pyxis medication station equipment listed on the attached for the period October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025, both dates inclusive, plus four option years.

This Justification for award is posted in accordance with FAR 6.305 to the Business Opportunities website (https://www.sam.gov) on October 2, 2024. The NAICS Code is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, business size standard $34.0 Million. The Contract award has determined to be fair and reasonable price.
