This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for the information resulting from this posting.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 8), James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), Tampa, FL, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ), brand name only Stryker surgical instruments. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339113-Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with 750 employees. Must have telescoping ability of the bur up to 10mm allowing deeper access to the inner ear and nasal cavity. Must be compatible with the current Stryker Core 2 Console. Must be compatible with current Stryker disposables blades and burs in JAHVA inventory. Must be lightweight. All drills and attachments must be autoclavable, and pre-vacuum.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Operating Room Main OR, Bldg. 1, Tampa, FL 33612. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: All items are to be delivered within 30 days of purchase order processing and order placement.

FOB: Destination. The actual Solicitation #36C24824Q1286 is anticipated to be posted to the Beta.SAM.gov website on or about 7/9/2024, with a closing date of 07/15/2024 @10am EST. Quoters should continue to monitor Beta.SAM.gov for the RFQ and any subsequent Amendments to that RFQ.
