Lakeland 004.2 Eye Lane GENERAL: The Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Lakeland, FL located at 2080 Meadowbrook Park Blvd, Lakeland, FL is part of the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital Network, located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL. The clinic needs eye lane equipment in the newly built Lakeland CBOC facility. BACKGROUND: The existing Lakeland VA CBOCs will merge into a new facility and expand their services to better serve local veterans. The new facility needs new eye lane optometry equipment. It is necessary to procure the items listed in this package to activate the new facility.
