FY24: Ankle Arthroscopy New requirement

DESCRIPTION NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 8, Network Contracting Office 8, Prosthetics Department, Tampa, FL hereby gives notice of intent to award on a sole source to Arthrex Inc., 2885 South Horseshoe Dr., Naples, FL, 34108. TERM: This will be a firm fixed price task order under contract number 36C10G24D0028. This requirement is to provide an Ankle Arthroscopy Instrument set under the proposed NAICS 339112; with a size standard of 1000 employees.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature to the Contracting Officer no later than 07/09/2024 at 10:00 AM EST. Responses should be sent to shirley.courtney@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement will be solely up to the government.
