B.1 STATEMENT OF NEED (Partial) Lakeland 052 Physical Therapy Exam Tables Statement of Work GENERAL: The VA s Community Base Outpatient Clinic located in Lakeland, FL at 2080 -Tables throughout the newly built Lakeland CBOC facility.

BACKGROUND: The existing Lakeland VA community clinics will merge into a single, larger facility to improve services for local veterans. This new facility requires Physical Therapy Exam Tables to aid staff in helping veterans recover from injuries needing physical therapy. The procurement of the items listed below and in this package is required for the activation of the new facility.

SCOPE: James A. Haley is requesting that contractors provide brand-name or equal equipment that meets or exceeds the physical, functional, and performance of the salient characteristics listed in the section below.
