This is a brand name only request for Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Department at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa Florida 33612. SCOPE OF NEED: Contractor shall provide and furnish all necessary equipment, labor, supervision, tools, materials to install beds at James A. Haley s New Bed Tower building located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs, Tampa, Fl. Beds shall be installed and calibrated as specified with manufacturers recommendations.

SPECIFIC NEED/SALIENT CHARACTERISTIC S:

Minimum Clinical Performance Requirements: USB Port - Conveniently charges personal devices. Advanced Patient Pendant - Provides personalized patient comfort settings, entertainment controls, and a live nurse call button with visual confirmation of placed calls. Device Storage Area - Holds patient's personal items, including devices and reading material. Auto Contour Feature - Keeps patients comfortable by elevating the knees when the head is elevated.
